Welcome to CanopyPowered. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CanopyPowered platform, including all applications, websites, and services operated under the CanopyPowered umbrella (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any CanopyPowered Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Account

You may create one CanopyPowered account that provides access to all applications within the ecosystem. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscription & Payments

• CanopyPowered offers a single premium subscription that unlocks premium features across all apps in the ecosystem.
• Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis at the interval you select at checkout.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or their related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services.
• Use the Services to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software associated with the Services are owned by or licensed to CanopyPowered. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without prior written consent.

6. User Content

Where our apps allow you to submit content, you retain ownership of that content. By submitting content you grant CanopyPowered a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Services.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CanopyPowered shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
